It is very important to us that when you start training you choose the right option for you.
We have two main training options available at Optimise U.
1. One to one Personal Training – Training one to one with a trainer.
2. Semi Private training – Training with a small group, up to 5 clients at the same time.
The option that suits you best will rely on a variety of factors.
Some of these could depend on;
- whether you have any injuries, illness or specific medical conditions that need attention.
- your training experience and your goals.
